Happy birthday to me photobooks special!! *dabs* I MISSED IT BY ONE DAY THOUGH haha okay rant is over, because this one... well, these two, will be an interesting endeavour as I walk out of my comfort zone to give people I know just recently as they continue to fascinate me in more ways than other. Namely releasing photobooks, this is a thing with me now. *laughs* Still, we are on the precipice of breaking the rules and trust me I haven't and I will explain in a bit, but yeah, this time we have TWO photobooks FROM THE SAME PERSON to talk about!

HOW THIS ALL STARTED
Okay, she is a Japanese voice actress, I'll tell you that first. *giggles* You may not know of her, and boy did I only know of her through Isobe Karin as they were both inΒ IdolmasterΒ "THE iDOLM@STER Shiny Colors" (same joke you're welcome) but I did not pay attention to her much to be real honest with you until that two-month long period where Niconico, Japan's most important video hosting service, went down due to their servers being hacked. This forced many (and I mean almost all of them) livestream series and subscriptions to be on a 2-month pause (they did not charge me for 2 channels, I checked *wink*), or to allow their regular series to still continue, some of them hosted their livestreams on YouTube which was how I got to watch hers a couple of times, even going as far as watching Kanno Mai's buddy Shuuto Yukina's livestream series too, that was how bored I am. *giggles* But Chisa-chan did get me with her rather appealing series title and images I haven't noticed so far from her social images online (she is also on Bluesky, of all things that I have an account on *wink*), and that's how I ended up watching her on the regular... Maybe. I haven't paid for her subscription yet ever since Niconico returned unlike MaiMai and Karin-chan, no, but seeing as she went on to talk about her cooking more often in the new year, and her laughter is still fresh in my mind during her latest live... yesterday night on my birthday *giggles* I think I'm ready to talk more about her appeal on me. *wink*
The announcement of the photobook was out late last year, but it wasn't until a YouTube short about Chisa walking the streets of Singapore that got recommended to me (thanks Google) and me following the livestream series' social media account that I noticed this, probably about a month ago mid January I think. Among many things, this was going to be released on Valentine's Day (as usual coinciding with my birthday which was 5 days later FYI) and more importantly, it was featuring her going to Singapore! Yes, I still cannot believe anyone would consider coming here to my home country to make a photobook, but Ogura Yui did do that last year and Chisa-chan here has enough to show me not one, but TWO books worth of content, I think it was worth talking about even if it means going through my hometown knowledge bank yet again. Problem is, my rule has always been one book per girl, so for this one, I got my bro to sponsor one (actually he gladly did for both books) so now you know:Β I did not buy both books; I just happened to want to get one and got the other from my friend. *dabs*

THE PROCESS
The books were on pre-order exclusively from their STORES website, so not like I can be like MaiMai's photobook which also got released in Gamers or something (Edit: IT DID??? ARGH THE BROMIDE PHOTOS lol I hate myself now), I had to buy from the online store itself. I was of course not keen on the limited edition event-inviting purchases because not only are they expensive I also do not get to go there so *shrugs* haha I ended up missing out on other than the events, a making DVD (dammit) (haha but we don't buy those), a whopping TWENTY bromide photos of a set (this one I'm legit sad about because why are those companies that make me buy bromides separate while these guys bundle them and charge me more I don't know why), but I did end up getting a chance (Edit: see unboxing) to apply for voice content present which will only be announced end of March so maybe I'll update by then. Just you know, my chances are slim this isn't even close to me getting a signed copy from Toyota Moe last year, no way. *laughs*

Okay, I should probably talk about what this is. As with the title, it's a photobook where "Suganuma Chisa goes to travel" so no surprises there that this is just a travel photobook where once again I can talk about the wonders of Singapore, ironically in more detail in the two books we will be covering. *giggles* Yeah, she can't do this in one book gotta split her chest in half for this- The subtitle here though is "falling in love with Singapore's beauty" but I'm pretty sure I am just here for her double tooth and sometimes adorable face. *laughs*
No really, me, do you really like her though? Flipping a coin now- I guess I do. *giggles* I do, if she wants me to fall in love with her. Dear God if you are up there, I know I asked for other females in these photobook reviews in the past, but she will do. She is good enough, I promise. *blessed*

I wouldn't say this is anything awesome, she is your average girl next door after all. I will have to say though, she did promise before (when I wasn't following her) that she won't wear a swimsuit, and she did way better than Asakura Momo considering that she showed be her (flat) chest so many times I can remember the shape now? *laughs* (No, no fap lol) But yes, overall very appealing, and definitely made me fall in love with her multiple times even within one book, and there are two. *silence* I'm glad I stuck with this post title. *giggles*
