Hey, I might just keep on the trend of naming these photobook review titles with ambiguity and going out of the comfort zone just because, so keep that in mind from here on. *giggles*
Welcome back, it has been a while. I really thought I wouldn't be doing any more photobooks already considering I have exhausted the list of Japanese voice actress I follow (who are willing to release one), so if I continue on this I told myself, it'll be from people whom I knew of recently. Like, last year very recently. Then I will have some to talk about. *laughs*

WHAT I KNOW ABOUT HER
Not much actually, it's the theme for this year's photobook reviews, honestly. *laughs*
This one is easier to talk about though, Yuki-chan here actually has Anime roles up her sleeve. Though my first experience with her might not be much as it dates back a few more years ago when I listened to her 2nd singleΒ as the ending theme song for Anime "Shikimori-san", but considering she was in "Gimai Seikatsu" last year and is her main role in quite a while, I consider this as just a better introduction for me, considering she sounds... nothing much like what she is in real life. And this is probably what made me interested in her, I'll admit.
In a recent Instagram live more than a month ago, she sounded a lot more friendly to her fans and rather casual, definitely reminded me of Kido Ibuki-chan vibes with her rather deep voice in contrast to what she sounds in her solo music career and to a lesser extent in Anime. Maybe not the same type of cute as Ibuki-chan? But her boyish feels and her tall build definitely got people interested, considering she now has a fanclub and all. And boy, I was definitely late into this bandwagon and not like I'm here to judge her career so far, but seeing that this isn't her first book though and it being her most matured yet so Ibuki-chan's 2nd photobook if you have seen that (I just bought 50 bromide photos instead if you would recall *sob*), I definitely thought twice on this even just following her for less than a year, but I think I have more than this reason.
It all started with the announcement on February not long after I followed her on social media, which promised her most matured photobook yet where she takes a trip down to Cairns in Australia. The initial post was probably what got me into her slender, slender body (hehe) because remember, not many would be willing to show their bodies considering Yukki here is rather tall among the average among the women in Japan. This was also around the time where I was thinking of Sugamuna Chisa and her TWO photobooks about her trip to my hometown Singapore (yeah if you remember that) and wondered how this series(?) would be going forward, where I have gone through a round of the voice actresses I follow and (still) am not intending to do a second round. So without breaking the rules, and considering I have seen her around for quite a while, I decided to give this the get-go compared to others I vaguely knew, say, Touno Hikaru from last year, for example. (That photobook was great though, wish it was released this year instead *wink* I don't watch "MakeIne" haha)
But this wasn't such a quick decision though. I think Yuki-chan (I can't do "Yukki" yet I'm sorry) here wasn't meant to be my type in the past even though I've seen her here and there over the years (she has that baby face I will say), and I would argue it's over the past few months that I have been following her since the Anime where has been showing much of her more cool or matured image on social media, from the manyΒ close-up selfiesΒ just going to overseas fan meeting events I can't even (those pores dude, those pores), to short dancing videosΒ just making sure you don't think she is too tall for any of us even though I won't even complain since I'm around that height range anyways *wink* so if you don't wish to be spoiled to hell and are not following her then I guess you have come to the right place. *giggles* I have since then not be spoiled much by this photobook so far I'm pretty sure people follow her social for different reasons. *giggles*
Also shout out to the one episode of "Anige 11" in April hosted by Maeda Kaori (now) where they invited her into the Anime-focused TV series (by the way) to talk about this so I can tell you guys how she likes to put maple syrup on toast for breakfast, and has a pet bird similar to Fuchigami Mai. That's... all I have about her but we have more on this photobook so let's get to it! *giggles*

Oh in case you need a summary, this is a travel-based photobook because those are the easiest to do I would argue you just need the money (LAME) (haha), and the focus this time around was to show the mature side of Yuki-chan. That is emphasized by the fact that she doesn't do that at all which makes her role in "Gimai Seikatsu" so compelling by sounding cool and matured. She mentioned even throughout the shooting, the cameraman told her not to just do cute poses and expressions and they still ended up with many of those shots showing off her adorable and carefree side of her as per her past photobooks, so what else is new? *laughs* I mean, it is to me, that's good enough. Which is why one photobook per chick-

Man, I gotta say, besides being the most straightforward photobook without interviews so I can know her more in person or something (but I guess this isn't her first book so no introductions), I walked in expecting this to be the flattest thing we can show on this blog (haha) and I would still say it might be (lmao) but heck, her cheekiness and now more matured face is growing on me so yeah, I wasn't disappointed. I feel like I did at times but I feel like her appeal still shines as bright as the sunny weather in Australia when they filmed it, and she did appear in multiple swimsuits and dunked herself in the water twice (thrice if you include the outdoor bath) unlike whoever placed a thin shirt on top of Mocho's swimsuitΒ and made her fool around by the poolside haha, so yeah, thanks for all this I guess. *giggles* Maybe I read through this again just to be sure. *laughs*
Wow, that was quite a photobook. I don't know what to say to her but I guess I don't have to, because you're welcome, Yuki-chan. I have seen everything. *laughs* Definitely felt some doki moments here and there, and I will still stay as planned and feature her as my phone wallpaper this weekend at the least, but yeah, her appeal is definitely when talking in front of the camera, I would argue. So yeah, maybe I'll try to find her more on that maybe. What was the Anime group she was bassist in? Yeah, apparently everyone is in one these days I don't know... Oh Roselia from BanG Dream. *giggles* Before Ave Mujica was a thing or whenever Takao Kanon showed off her piano skills or something, no one's doing just non-Anime stuff these days just because, I know. Anyways, the new fanfic series starts this weekend so tomorrow basically WE ARE SO BACK, and don't ask me if she is featured in it I DON'T KNOW HER ENOUGH TO WRITE SOMETHING- Ah. *laughs*
P.S. I think her nostalgia comparison social media posts are a good example of how much she has grown, and how much I prefer her now. *dabs* You're welcome, Yukki. *wink*
