I really missed school holidays when I was a teenager. Because my parents loved to go overseas themselves to spend the passing of the new year, I have instead looked forward to staying with my cousin Taketatsu Ayana who lived near us. After spending the night watching movies together and waking up late, I went to the kitchen only to see Ayana holding an empty bowl, looking at me at my worst."Ah, I'm about to make pancakes for breakfast. Wait for a bit, okay?"I nodded with my bangs on my eyes as I combed them away. Even though Ayana was a few years older than me, she has already been living alone since high school, and being great at cooking was only one of her forte.
