Once again reiterating that this month's stories are likely the most hype for this long season which will not end until end of September FYI, and we are only starting with Chisa-chan last week, and despite Kyari-san playing the new Rhythm Heaven video gameย for her birthday countdown and performing significantly worse than Nan-chan *giggles* she still got me because voice actress what else is new, but also I'm glad I missed the first 5 minutes, face reveal with glasses and I think she broke me. *laughs* But uh no, not her this week I will not change the order and it will make sense eventually BUUUUUT I want to talk about the mansion... of which I should call it villa already but it might be too late to change that term now, honestly. *laughs*
I'm here to compensate for the lack of character development for this one girl who (as of now) is my absolute favourite *blessed* and thanks to Suruga-ya as usual hehe, let's!! After months of posting for a tenant on my inherited mansion, Kanno Mai messaged me for an inquiry. Despite revealing the fact that she might need to act as a co-owner, she agreed to the terms and even asked to move in right away, so we met up 2 days later to help her clean up.As her room upstairs was still under renovation, I told her she could sleep in the guest room at the ground floor, and that amenities are free to use. We prepped the room before she turned in for the night, with me worrying all night in my room that my first ever tenant might be put off by all of this mess.I woke up early on the next day to check up on her. Before I could knock, the door opened to Kanno-san in a light blue sleepwear, and even without makeup, she looks absolutely adorable."It's fine it's fine!! It was such a hurry too!"She apologized for the trouble the night before, as I did so in return. As I would learn in due time, she is a lot more responsible and thus, be the best tenant I could get.
This truly is my first time, so pure yet exciting. *giggles* As in having a tenant, we haven't gotten to that stage yet. *laughs*
Fictional MaiMai to me is more demure and matured and responsible which is uh, unlikely what her image on camera is which was also why I would not bother to fill in the survey for her birthday livestream next week (lol), and might I point you to my favourite clip of her radio show (by yours truly) in which she was visiting me who was ill, was where the idea came from. *giggles* But hey we don't know if private her is also this matured and nice and I like to imagine that more often than not I can't even. *blessed*
I will talk about the (still now called) mansion in due time the plan is to do end of this month because I can't wait that long I guess lmao but also we have some time for it, is that the house had to go through renovation to accommodate another room upstairs so I can put max 3 tenants (so at its peak it was her, Yui-chan and Moeshi before one of them moved out) but you know, things happened and even if the renovation was done she didn't want to move up in the world (lol) so she stayed there and I have no guest room now. *laughs* Well, Yui-chan's room then, and I will remind us again about that soon enough. *dabs*
