No, subtitle, it's "NonNon". I wasn't gonna eat her. *giggles*
So in case you have never heard of Takao Kanon because why wouldn't you she is actually relative popular in the new generation, she is a voice actress of course appearing in Anime and 2D music group "Ave Mujica" as keyboardist but also, she is an experienced pianist with plenty of talent in her family because we know she has an elder brother who is also a pianist and music producer too. And I would assume like many others, they were fascinated by the world of voice acting. On the Anime side though, I do know her way long ago thanks to Anime "TanMoshi" as idol Saikawa Yui (2nd season next month) as I really liked her voice especially when the songs got me. Most notably for me in recent memory, she has starred in "Hyakkano" as shy stacked beauty- I'm talking about the Anime character Meme-chan. *laughs* For her case though, ever since I followed her a couple of years ago thanks to her involvement in "IDOLY PRIDE" which I did not think too much of the character she played as, but have grown to like her thanks to Kanno Mai and Sasaki Nao. Following her social media afterwards actually gave me more than I wanted, and to be fair, her social media images can just be a photobook in itself, posting more than the others as she slowly brainwashed me with her... subpar image with plenty of adorable close-up smiles, cheeky videos and everything in between. So yeah, I would understand if you aren't a fan of her or have joined her fanclub last year which I haven't also LMAO I am not true fan. And on one of the days where she was on my phone wallpaper as they announced a solo photobook where she has the power to showcase her rather *fap* alluring image... I couldn't say no to this.

The ordering process was mainly to wait for the special gifts as usual, I wasn't too much of a fan to get a signed pre-order without knowing what free photos I'm going to get *wink* but also if you would recall my review of the "My girl" magazine featuring her last year, I also did not get a sign from that despite choosing her over Marinka-chan of all people. *giggles* All is warped in my tastes since then especially looking at the Limited Edition cover ("Sumipe's chest would've hit the keys" LMAO) but overall, I considered (to waste more money lol and) getting my copy from Gamers mainly because getting a chance to get sign in Hiragana isn't that great for my terrible odds lol, and I am trying to stay sane *laughs* by selecting the (sadly printed sign) special gifts based on what I like... about... her *giggles* but also, Gamers' version came with a limited edition extra booklet (deja vu, anyone?) so it was worth shelling out a little more for our girl. *dabs* Also, these photos are random from 2, so I'm more okay with the ones in Gamers than the ones from Animate even though I would be *fap* happier with one of them from the latter. *giggles*
I know I may sound rather condescending so far, but I promise, I still CANNOT BELIEVE I'm so into her, thus the title of this post. *silence* I will find out more about her in this book now that I'm so into her, so let's do this!!!

Okay I don't know much about this book as I don't know much about her, so let me put this out first. This book is just a trip as with many other photobooks, and since she was born in Chiba which is close to Tokyo, she went on a journey to "the city of music" Hamamatsu City in the prefecture of Shizuoka. We laughed a lot, we played as in each other but also the piano *giggles* and that's why the title of the book is called simply "one note", and we went to the beach even though it is without swimsuits lol. Yes, I said "we". *blessed* It has been a while since I'm in a proper dating simulator and fanfics don't count *wink* so NonNon I know this might be our first proper date outside of your social media account, so be nice to me, please?

- She has always been a fan of photobooks of voice actresses or female idols, and never felt that she would ever release one of her own. But when it came to her turn, she felt the pressure of making a photobook, knowing that this is part of a dream come true, so she bought a lot more books for reference in terms of poses and stuff. (You needed to do that?? lol) It was a challenge to her to know what scene and pose to make, while also having to be able to switch into photo-taking mode when needed for the shoot.
- She initially decided on Karuizawa Town in the Nagano Prefecture for her photobook, but the stuff suggested something similar in theme as they proposed Hamamatsu City with her relation to music, and she agreed to that. It was as easy to influence her as it was to be influenced by its significance. ("Kazuizawa is a resort town... known for mild summers... skiing and hot spring are popular in winter" So you are telling me we almost had an actual hot springs photobook???? WHAT THE ACTUAL F-)
- "As expected music was the key (to this photobook) isn't it" (Haha ah hey don't steal my title *dabs*) (lol)
- She was exceptionally worried about the 3-day shooting mainly because it was all rainy forecasts. For the first day where she had to shoot outdoors at the flower garden, she thought it would be fine as she is a woman who brings good weather, but the rain did not stop until she remembered her friend Oonishi Aguri is more of such a person, and playing her songs on the bus eventually led to the end for the rain, and they were able to do the shoot on a overcast weather. (Shout out Oonishi Aguri I guess lol)
- It was then raining as they proceeded to the amusement park to do the photo shoot of the horse carousel, but the weather did lighten up as they reached. Since it was a day off for the park that they got to do this, it was embarrassing to ride the carousel on her own. (I mean, I can join in if you want *dabs*)
- She also normally don't do pouty lips in front of people (oh really?) (but that's the best part hehe), and she did decided on what poses or expressions to make beforehand, but if those stood out then do treat them as part of (her) charm. (Will do *salutes* haha) (Took me forever to find that word btw)
- She was in the Yamaha music store in Hamamatsu touching the drums and guitars, and that made her feel at home as if she was in the music classrooms back in school. She even bought manuscripts through Yamaha at the time, so it was very nostalgic being there.
- In the meetings for the photoobok, she vocally raised that she would want to be taken with a grand piano as she felt symbolic about piano keys which was what made of her life, so it was great to be able to include it for her 1st photobook. She did feel the chills of being on stage again even as she opened up the keys to the piano, reminding her of the concert she participated, the Milano Junior Piano Concert in 2013 (she was 11 *cringe*) where for the most part she took photos while standing to the right of the piano and thus was more confident on that side of her face, but ended up doing the opposite this time, which made her felt uneasy. (Uh oh she knew this side made her look fat-)
- On the second day where they did the shooting in a hotel room, she said she had her chosen roomwear which was more girly and looked up to such outfits though wearing Anime T-shirts and such every day at home (YUP haha) so it was a great illusion (lol), and definitely was a dream to aspire to be such a woman. Boosted upon the praises of stylist and make-up artist, it looked like she was able to (confidently) express the feelings for this scene.
- According to her, it was very summer-like to wear a blend of pink and blue yukata for the summer wear look. Her hair was spread thinner too, which made her feel uneasy then excited for the change, so she does wonder what viewers of such a look would react to this. (Yes same LMAO)
- "The seaside was cold isn't it" (Yeah okay interviewer, we know she did this like, half a year ago or something haha)
- She knew the beach was cold and felt bad for the cameraman who had it worse in her opinion. The waves were strong and cold too, and stated this as her first experience just doing this. (Instead of going INTO the ocean? *dabs*) They also took photos on the sandy beaches nearby with the red dress, and she felt like she had to put on a serious face after playing around with the waves, which gave that scene a more matured look.
- She also felt the harshness of the cold water when she was doing the shoot in the forest near the waterfall. They had to walk quite a distance to hike towards the lake, and she was reminded that she should go with her friends someday, as they praised highly on trying those rituals below the waterfall stuff. It was also on the morning of the last day of shooting, and she felt kinda lonely that it was about to end. But she did go to the ocean and the beach and then to this, and felt happy given the confidence that she could go anywhere. She was raised to be protected from such injuries outdoors, so this felt like an adventure. (You feeling brave, punk?)
- She personally wanted to do a photo shoot in school uniform, because she felt like she has been doing work all this time while in her high school period, so it felt synchronous with her experience with the piano where she spent a lot of her later part of her childhood in, and that she went back to that time, even though her appearance has changed much since then. She definitely felt like time passed quick just donning this right now, and only felt more nostalgic looking back at the shoot's photos.
- On asking about her personal life transitioning away from a shy character towards a lively personality, she realized that she tends to change dependent on the environment she was in, from her as a pianist to the start of being a voice actress, since it always felt that she had to juggle between that and studies all the time. This was especially obvious from the latter, where a very shy her was told to speak up as she went through training, and felt like she was only as such mainly because of the influence around her. (Again, relating back to when she was easily convinced of the location of this photobook by the staff lol)
- She had to spend 8 hours practising the piano back then, so even in elementary school(???) she had to rush to the teacher's place to do so, and did not have time to play around with friends, and it was like this in 6th year (so when she was 12) where their family moved to a new place, and she took the chance to make friends in a new environment. This unfortunately did make her parents angry since a rebellious her fooled around with her friends after school but ironically, made her feel like a typical cheerful kid. (THANK GOODNESS piano didn't ruin her and she saved herself, so based) This was also when she was introduced to Anime by her friends, which include "K-ON!" and "Love Live!" (Ironically close to my Anime timeline but not the latter haha) which did feel immature, but that also made her desire to become a voice actress, and took on auditions on the same year, despite protests from her parents.
- She was influenced by her elder brother Sounosuke who was playing piano at home all the time. She also saw through the times he enjoyed but also cried over the pains of learning it, which somehow influenced her to learn it herself. (lol) And even though their parents are fixed about learning skills that your future self would thank you for, but thanks to learning from her brother seeing him become a composer, and she also got to play piano on stage, so she was truly thankful for that exposure. (Damn, the Takao family life is ROUGH *sob*)
- She felt like learning piano wasn't so much about her interest, but (as with all kids with talent) was pushed by her parents' compliments that she did great, that she continued to hone on her skills. But at some point, she felt it was impossible to push for such a goal, since she knew many in the industry are doing this earnestly with their hearts, and she did not feel like that at this stage.
- After winning at the voice actress auditions at the age of 12 (by Earth Star Entertainment, along with voice actress... Nakashima Yuki???) (yup), she said that this was truly when she was exposed to many things for the first time. But for most of the time, it was mostly idol-based and live performances (...which then formed idol group "Earth Star Dream" what am I even reading from the wiki now) and she thought that was whens he got used to it as she attended middle school. But since the joy from those are far cry from studying, she slept on it to the point where she had to be consulted by the teacher on her grades. (To be fair to her? What school? *dabs*)
- She did change as she attended high school though, and got far enough she got 7th during semester tests, and even pushed herself to get 1st. And praised by others where she felt like she should keep this up, she kept on her good grades till graduation. (As replied by the interviewer "so you used your focus on piano and lives to put it into your studies")
- But she did admit despite how easy she was influenced to do better, it was also a tough period thanks to her newfound job as a voice actress (training took average 2 years so she is in the full-on phase), as she already had to juggle between school and many new things she got to experience at the time. (So this was before 2019, according to MyAnimeList she was doing some major roles in not the popular Anime, but still) She also told herself to press on on both fronts, and thanked the manager at the time to juggle her schedule. It definitely got worse when she was entering university, where just to get enough credit to graduate they had to plan her time wisely till 2am(???) so her university graduation (in 2025, by the way) was really due to the many people who supported her along the way, and she could not be more grateful for that.
- When asked about her working with her brother Sounosuke in her career as their paths crossed professionally (as recently as this year), for example in Anime "Haibara-kun" she was auditioned into a show that her brother was the casting director of, so it felt weird actually having her job coincidentally dependent on him compared to even previous collaborations with him on her debut days being in an idol group. It certainly felt heavier of a burden to take on such coincidences, but learned that this is going to be more of a thing as they progress.
- She mentioned her brother actually got into an Anime music production company around the same time that she won the audition as a kid back then, and she felt like his entry isn't all that surprising considering he's a music person. It felt natural to see her hardworking brother get to where he is today, compared to her who never really went through with her goals this seriously (because remember she is easily influenced so her wins are by chance) so it felt unusual for her to be able to reach this far. But she felt lucky that she was able to advise each other on things in the industry, and had common experienced as seen with "Haibara-kun" too. (Sorry NonNon, but I am NOT going to watch that lol)
- She felt like the voice actor career is really climbing up an increasing steeper slope, and if she doesn't continue to work harder she won't keep up, which made her feel like she did not know what is right, as she is still finding her way into her career overall. She felt more at ease knowing that fans are there for her, and working towards would be good for her. Her sense of responsibility only grew stronger about this as she graduated from university without the premise of studies, and even though she had her own goals coming this far, she also thought deeply into what should be her motivation in pursuing this career. ("It might be because you have been working in this industry since middle school" Haha TRUE THOUGH interviewer how do you know)
- Her roles did change over the years, where she did airhead or cute girls in high school, to recently reaching into more matured characters, and felt that there was much change introduced into her voice acting career. She knew this was not taken for granted, and still thought to work harder from here on.
- She definitely was at this point of time, enjoying what she was doing as a career. Back then, she admitted she was even afraid to appear in locations, and noticed that it was only now that she thought more deeply into her roles. With her lack of confidence and her complex of being much younger than the typical cast in her line of work (think of even now in "Hyakkano" where only Shindou Amane is younger than her FYI) these were what kept her nervous since she knew not to keep her seniors waiting with her misses during recording. But it was only recently that she more experienced, and understood better on character emotions and such. ("As expected to bring out more of the emotions in drama, more experienced is needed isn't it" THAT IS HOW DRAMA ACTING WORKS!! lol)
- She did not really cry because of a recording (see Hondo Kaede's photobook interview) but she did cry after a live of "Ave Mujica" (reminder that this was the band she was keyboardist in) as she was depressed over whether her confidence on that stage was enough for herself, and did honestly spent a period of their rehearsals in 2024 crying alone every night afterwards. (Jesus Christ) It was a painful time for her, but she knew this was also part of gaining that experience just because. (Hey, no one said being in a not-your-own-idol-like band was easy lol) (Not gonna point out how popular yet empty "Ave Mujica" is but that's my own feels FYI)
- As the role of her in "Ave Mujica" is a talented character, her pressure to keep up was even more harder on her, as she spent hours hanging out with other members at the park to talk about it, and even sought advice from the producer of the series till 3am (AGAIN?? WHAT IS TIME), until the point that they are basically family at this point. Even just this year in 2026, she was still occasionally sad about her performances, but in a positive way, and she still enjoyed her live performances more than ever. She knew the audience enjoying themselves is priority, and did not think the audience did not enjoy less, so she learned to loosen up and enjoy the lives. (Yeah NonNon, we don't need perfection in arts, but that's what art is about isn't it?)
- As she recently got her first experience in a recital back in 2025, she did think of how she would be able to do more of such acting which will require more body movement (in recitals you typically stand on stage to do what you do in Anime, but in outfit with a more concise plot, lasting the time of a movie) in order to take in the sweat and tears that come from such a form of performance.
- She was self aware that she is bad at talking in radio shows, so she won't say what was brought upon her was considered interesting. (Which makes sense, she is typically accompanied by someone)
- On asked about her partners in such programmes, she said that her relationship with Oonishi Aguri has not changed much since they started back in 2016. Oonishi to her is a cool character and could not understand her vibe, but was also matured enough to cheer her up on her tough times. She started being friends with Sakurai Hina when she found out she was in the same talent agency with her back then, and was also in the same class as her too. They literally have many shared experienced during that time (until NonNon left the agency around 2017) and they were basically besties to the point of speaking to each other about life advice.
- She has recently started living alone as same with her brother Sounosuke, but it looks like the brother is rather lonely, so they often spoke on the phone. Of course going back to their hometown they would also talk to each other, but at this point they would just go out to eat together. She knew her brother is a people person, and even though she would love some alone time, she still hung out with her brother from time to time. (Oh you poor virgin who don't have friends and can't get chicks-) (I sincerely thank my real elder sister for having to deal with loner a** me and hanging out with me on Saturdays *salutes*) (NOT TODAY THOUGH!!! lol suck it up me *sob*)
- On asked about her goals for turning 24 and releasing her first photobook, she talked about her goal for last year on "being honest" and wanted to build on it by "being positive in delivering joy to others" as her goal for the year. She would have to work hard towards such a goal, she added, as she wants the audience to enjoy more than she did, and that will also make her enjoy herself too.
- She has expressed desires to continue on her voice acting career, and even wants to write songs and play them with the piano. She would be glad to be able to be given that chance, writing songs and lyrics and such at some point. (Anime music labels, get on it *dabs*) (Haha)
- When asked further on what those songs might be, and if she would seek darkness (in life) as a theme from within (likely a reference to the style of "Ave Mujica"), she did say she has those feelings, but maybe just want to express inner feelings a little, as much as it might not be desirable. She also touched on wanting to do more expressive roles with her voice acting in the future.
- When asked about the title of the photobook, she said it was "a 3-second decision she made the night before" night after they decided to do a shooting on the beach. It reminded her of the one typical noise you would hear on the beach, and the accumulation of all those noises in various situations and expressions is what she felt brought forth such a title.
I feel like NonNon's head is emptier and heavier than I thought. *laughs*
And I mean like, compared to people of her age (lol) like Kanno Mai, where she talks like an adult and feels like she had childhood depression period just like me *cringe* but got over it with some thing (for her it's likely Heisei fashion, for me it's Anime) and I don't see that in her despite the CRAZY amount of stuff she did and she is so try hard, since she just went along with most things and her like, life-changing decisions were really a lot based on luck. Kind of what I do in my life so far. *giggles* Maybe she was just built stronger considering she has performed professionally as a pianist before, and being a lot more closer to a performer than I do where I quit such a career possibility at the same age of 12 and she passed that audition. *cringe* This really made me think that if she DOES fall in love with me for some reason of if I somehow convinced her to, I would be so blessed I wouldn't be able to even describe how that feels, maybe similar to how she can't really express that now even after all these years. *smiles*

In this photobook, I think I have shown the unfiltered, stark naked of what was inside of me and my perspective of life. Overall, this is not gravure-level photobook, for someone who is not even halfway through her twenties and STILL had a long way to go. But if you ask me to choose between NonNon or whatever voice actress magazine I just reviewed? *fap* LMAO you know what I'm choosing. *giggles* I would say this is rather similar to Mocho's photobooks in terms of mood but maybe with a little more cleavage like I expected (hehe) but also, we can show some belly and not have to worry about slimming down or being cute or anything. NonNon is a niche only some would appreciate, and even though she might be ALL our type, she is mine, and I think I have the right to say so now with this purchase and the orders over the past year.

Alright now that I have a full-on boner, let's do fanfics next!! Not of her, sadly, remember I didn't prefer her image? *laughs* Okay okay sorry NonNon earmuffs haha, but real answer is I didn't plan for this, this should've been done a week ago. But as I look back at this photobook and see what NonNon actually has to offer? Maybe I pay a little more attention to her livestreams... which if I were to watch her solo then it'll have to be the fanclub? *silence* Let me think about it a little more. *laughs* Trust me, I have NOT been more tsundere than in this review, and I think you might have seen through that. *giggles* I'll cleanse the palate with our last fanfic for the season, so tune in to that and more this long weekend where it's else but fap- Okay that's not true. *laughs*
P.S. It took me WAAAAAAAAY too long to come up with a post thumbnail, so between adorable and cheeky I went with the latter just because hey, NonNon? I just want to show that one can just enjoy life more, just as I enjoyed torturing myself doing this post when I could do LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE on a Saturday. *dabs*
