Alright why is that every time I have to do this, it comes with a virus that I have to hold on to even though I'm pretty sure I can have a fever and sore throat just being overexcited by all of this-

Haha sorry but I gotta *laughs*

WELLLLLCOME BACK!!! To one of the only times of the year where I will spend more than one day writing about indie artwork. To one of the only times of the year where a long post will need a disclaimer so that minors won't just get me sued even if this is a private blog lol. To one of the only times of the year where I decided to do this on my birthday!!! Yeah, that last one is the most important. *wink*

Hey, if I can wait a month long for the winter Comiket to pass, I think we can wait a month longer and spend way too much time talking about them without anyone judging us in any way. Just me, with my thin books. *dabs*

Let's get it started~ in here~!! *giggles*

AS TO HOW IT ALL STARTED
I mean, we know how this all started, just refer to the one blog post 3 years ago. *giggles*

Oh, you want to know about this one, got it. Also known to me as "The Semi-Centennial Special" lol speeling should be correct (lmao), this winter edition of the one and only largest indie artistsย (from here, referred to as "doujin")ย event Comic Market celebrates its 50th anniversary, aligning with when they started their first ever in-person event on *double checks* 21st December 1975!!! (DAMN) If I'm not wrong, they also did it at the same exact location in Tokyo Big Sight, a large convention centre with an iconic upside-down triangle arrangement, enough to house hundreds even thousands of artists and attendees, and transitioned from free entry to raffle-based ticker over the years. Of course nowadays the winter Comiket (a.k.a. FuyuKomi) is done at the end of the year which for this year is 30-31 December, which for me isn't that great for a couple of reasons as seen from the previous time I did this. Because of its proximity to end of year shipping, stock online tends to be more pre-order oriented as shipping companies or even stores take breaks on shipping but not on ordering, and that reviews in my case are done in the new year also backed up for a month late in consequence, the hype for this at least over here is ever so lower than when I had to do the summer Comiket (a.k.a. NatsuKomi) which has always been the highlight of the year even among the otaku, including me but to a much lesser extent.

This has over the years, piqued my interest as to specifically what these illustrators and artists have to offer in terms of original content as I have been a fan of indie content going against the mainstream, but in recent months I have been more wary of AI-generated works online, as artists continue to protest against illegal use of work which has polluted websites which promote indie art (Pixiv has a setting to hide AI artworks) and promoted the training of AI models (PixAI, which then charge memberships to people who use them and post on social media) which imitate thus devalue their work. This is especially obvious when see on Twitter/X lately when they introduced a new feature where you can edit any image in place from other people's posts directly - and people normally delete their posts with the edited images afterwards - which serves to exacerbate the root problem or implementing such things without the artists' consent. This also explains how many of the artists have learned to put watermarks on their work and extend their reach to more social media platforms not and including Bluesky especially when this feature was implemented last December (which has moved into Grok Chat, for paying members only, but otherwise feature unchanged) which just makes this all the more unpleasant that it's there.

This isn't a bad thing per se, but it does affect them artists out there trying to do this more often than ever even as a career as they get more credit for licensed franchises (It's the year of the horse so I'm obliged to promote Uma Musume lol), so the least I could do for them is to give them some money back buy purchasing what great artworks they have produced in the form of illustration books (a.k.a. "doujinshi", or thin books), compiled with illustrations with attention to fail and flawless perfection they dedicated to their work compared to the slop that has since polluted the online space.

THE PLAN FOR THIS SEASON
I start us off with my last drafted note in conclusion to my very first draft and how everything is wrong about it:
"To celebrate 50th anniversary, consider budget of 10k so free shipping try ship early to start the year, ideally 9 books total need not be catalogue"
Wow, that has aged badly in just 2 months. *laughs*

Hey me, if this was last year, that'll be a good idea since buying lesser which previously was 6 books did make me pay for shipping which was worth one of the smaller books, so why not spend it on not shipping? But this is the 50th anniversary, dawg!! *dabs* So no, for this time around, this won't do.

The plan then was to consider a second round of order instead of the usual single pre-order round as I've done last year, and ship and review by end of January the next year. But since this year was different, and not like they are going to speed up the pre-orders (which reminds me maybe next time I should just do an order run to be faster...?), I went with an order batch to hit a grand total of EIGHTEEN (18) BOOKS, also as a euphemism of what these books represent too, honestly. *giggles* These are then to be compiled and sit will at least the start of February before being shipped to my place, hopefully before the public holiday season mid February. However, shipping was fast as the package was huge so I can't use the usual post office method, so FedEx shipped it fast, and I had a chance to buy a gift box to put it in and let it sit for another week before starting to unbox my birthday present, starting 19th February for those who don't know of yours truly yet.ย

All this is done through Buyee even though I did consider for BuyAndShip which again, I was reminded that theirs is more worth when shipping from separate stores as they charge service fee as a percentage even if it takes more time to consolidate in their Hong Kong headquarters, but if it's in terms of buying things in bulk from the same store, Buyee (notice that I don't even bother talking about Zenmarket which is *ugh* haha) will be more worth charging service fee for when buying proxy from Melonbooks, blah blah the largest online store in Japan which supports indie artists that much, they probably get paid to sell exclusively (online) on their platform. *silence* Not going to explain how sad that is which is why I also do these reviews from other stores which accept international cards and/or shipping whenever I can (used to be Toranoana but they followed the same path as Melonbooks so BOOTH now) just because. Buyee was also worth using the service after all these years because they allow the flexibility of skipping inspection and additional packaging, which - if you are buying a bunch of paper shipped from the best services in the world - hardly needs any checks since I'm not buying from an auction house with user-sold items which can be a liability, and does not contain any fragile items. This has been extensively tested over the past year's shipments, and the most I get was bent edges, so I can live with that decision. *giggles*

A not so great decision though, was to start with the slew of announcements of C107 application confirmations starting 7th November 2025, and I managed to fill up my note with a bunch of people including those I have missed *holds breath* Daily-sensei, Sia-sensei, Amagi Shino-sensei, Houkisei-sensei, Kinako-sensei, Tsuyuri Puruta-sensei, Reia-sensei, Rino-sensei, Minato Ojisan-sensei (yup I didn't put "old man" in their name) and I should never do this again. *sigh* Haha this sucks to be frank even though the announcements are easy to see since network effect, it's hard to track all of them individually which eventually may or may not be doing originals too, and it doesn't help considering I should've just tracked them in a separate note. *laughs* And I suppose the usual Melonbooks link should get me there so I didn't try that hard after a while (even though that did not work for some of them but thanks to social it worked out) though I did follow-up with them which I will explain in the outro, if anyone cares by then. *giggles*

Speaking of, the Melonbooks link that I have been using to monitor original illustration books for pre-order isn't a foolproof method, but it will get me there in terms of ACTUAL, REAL PEOPLE artists who have managed to list their works BEFORE the event date for sale, and that is IF they are done by then. The first set of filters which are not listed as their actual publish date of the items since their release date is unknown and subject to stock AT Melonbooks AND (likely) what they have leftover for sale, and that will take time so it can be rather confusing at times. To add on, Melonbooks often does a lot of pre-order sales including full sets with specially made goods OR selling past books in bundles on pre-order, which do make this rather complicated considering I just want to talk about (mostly) the current event at hand.

To make things worse, the site itself, though welcome for overseas shipping, has been region-locked to Japan since as early as 29th November, so ALL THIS DAMN TIME I had to use VPN to make this happen (shout out to the guys at VPNGate) so I can do some daily monitoring of new releases and plan to add them to my overseas cart as I reach home that day since I can't do that at work. *shrugs* They have a new Taiwan branch opening announcement though, by the way. How this is working I have no f**king idea-

THE RULES (VERSION 3)
Okay blame me this time for changing the rules here once again, but I promise you this will be the last, and for good reason as I will talk about them later. I will talk about what's slightly changed this time around just because, but this will be the list I'll follow from the next season forward. Promise. *giggles*

๐Ÿน Rule๐ŸŽฏ Motivation
Original Characters OnlyTo avoid references to existing works though more risk to the artist where the best imagination is worth supporting
On MelonbooksLargest online store for indie content in Japan with comprehensive info, easier to direct people to stores even if non exclusive, "where all the action is"
Active on Social MediaAllows us to follow or like their works, even without monetary support, to help artists gain popularity and reach
Max 32 PagesTo cover more bases and to cater to text/blank pages which can take up to half the book, associated works and drafts, so to avoid compilations and art books
No Numbering on CoverTo reduce perception of continuity and forces artists to create thus capture distinct concepts and themes through cover and title; Recently changed to allow if not prominently visible on cover though reduced selection priority in selection

Exceptions this season include the raising the limit to EIGHTEEN (18) BOOKS for the occasion, but I would also argue that this might be the way forward due to how I get free shipping for doing in 2 batches of 9 from Melonbooks which had to hit minimum 10k yen in value, and thus remove the requirement for budget to be honest. And yes, R18 symbol just because. *giggles*

The limit for pages also is raised to 32 pages as with most of the books out there otherwise we might never get the likes of... literally every other artist even with the "number not on cover" limit present. I know, at some point if we want to give artists I care about I will remove this or just add as an exception, but that will be on a case-by-case basis. Or I can do it like Harakenshi-sensei and buy their illustration book or manga separately. Maybe that. *laughs*

HOW IT ALL WENT
Every time this has always gone according to plan, so let's talk about how it never did. *laughs*

Selection of works initially was fully based on what I have compiled for the previous Comiket so C106 and I have promised some artists like Hatena Shun-sensei who have since also confirmed that they will participate in this one, so that wasn't a hard decision. What will be the challenge is to meet the schedule of pre-orders while deciding and/or waiting for new ones to be announced over time in Melonbooks and thus oversee the items going out of stock (Akipeko-sensei) and initial selections eventually replaced by better ones or ones more worth talking about (Mashiro K-ta-sensei). I also chose to skip those who have been noted to sell on BOOTH so exclusivity with Melonbooks isn't a thing (which is based), but that also has its own slew of problems. Since they host their own store and manage inventory independently, their sale periods are even tighter, leading to some selling out faster than ever (Shirokuma Jake-sensei) than with a stable inventory like Melonbooks. But yeah, future problem for that we'll talk about the Melonbooks batches first. Many of them which surfaced later especially when deciding for the final lists eventually became an obligation for knowing of them over time and if they played by my rules, and priority was also given to those who went out of their usual cycle to sell compilations and/or spin-offs, but I think it will be worth it to give the recognition as long as they impress. The increase of books reviewed also allowed more to come into view, though it will never solve the problem of giving those I want especially if they are from regulars I have known from the past. *wink*

The pre-order batch was confirmed in 21st December (for the occasion of the first event date?) with NINE (9) books increased from 6, and done before the event date out of fear that the ones I selected will go out of stock especially when I'm giving more popular artists this time around, from AIKO-sensei to BANGSOM, Yugaa to pon-sensei... Even though I knew that they will restock once the event is over and (likely) they hand their physical inventory from location to online just to clear stock, which prompted me to maybe do the purchase the following year in order to not worry about such logistics. In turn, I double checked the stock on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve (why those dates though lol) just to confirm on my decision, and I wasn't wrong half of them were out of stock by the time the event was over. Budget-wise it definitely exceeded due to the increase in page size and from all the above many of them had larger books to sell... so I'm not that worried about budget at that point, which was also why it was removed from the rules in the previous review.

The order batch was considered since then after the stark realization (lol) that the pre-order batch will not ship will end of January similar to last year (WHEN WILL I LEARN MY LESSON lol) as vaguely stated on the online store until it was officially out (yeah, weird system in Melonbooks, biggest store by the way), so that was only a way to ensure that I have enough time to come up with another batch of artists I want to talk about. I ended up selecting 18 books as mentioned, with FIVE (5) regular artists from past years which was also subject to their own stock at that time (gozmi gomzi-sensei, Miwano Ragu-sensei) and drastic arrangements to give some others priority (Akamoku-sensei initially had TWO slots for their 2 books for the event, replaced by Fuuro and Fuumi-sensei), which finally was confirmed on 22nd January 2026, and did not ship out until February even if consolidation was early and shipping of such a large package of items was cheapest (lol) through FedEx, which delivered the package in a few days within the week. This was around the time I also decided to give it a gift box (which can be re-used) and arrived before Valentine's Day, allowing me to package it while still leaving it sitting for another week before I started it on my birthday, spanning from Thursday to Saturday, unfortunately after Lunar New Year outdoor visits and prayers.

Chaotic as always, but now that it has been decided, let's talk about who they are!!

Oh yeah, don't ask about who they are, they are all called "Sensei" we have no idea who they really are, so stop looking at how Rossuri-senseiย is posing like an old woman. *laughs*ย

Before we actually show what Comiket 107 has to offer, don't forget, I haven't validated if you can view the below content yet... so!!! *giggles*

Oh?
(Haha I also just forgot to take more frames and I don't know why)
(Oh what the heck)

Ta-da~!!

Oh, these aren't in there, I just borrowed from the previous package.
*laughs*

And there it is!!

Well, there is two.
We ran out of packaging somewhere apparently lol
(Or customs, f**king customs)

Hmm which one is the pre-order batch...?
(I mean, they ARE numbered lol)

Wow what is this corpse-like tearaway haha

Ah okay, this is the pre-order batch.
*giggles*

*yay*
(Hehe)

Specifically the pre-order batch, the one we waited a month for while planning for the other lol
(And I'll keep the left few aside first...)

Day 1: From the depths of unboxing something I decided 3 months ago!!
(I maaaaay have forgotten the reasons on why I gave them lol)

First up!
(Just a warm up, I promise you *wink*)

See?
*laughs*
(This looks like wrong alignment tbh haha oops asymmetry fail)

Well, let's start off with the revenge from summer Comiket and I'm still sorry even if I bought your latest book, but Hatena Shun-sensei's new illustration book is a long promise fulfilled from the PREVIOUS event in August, in which I decided to give others instead of them and I live in regret to tell you this origin story. *giggles* Still, they have gotten themselves a permanent seat on this run not because just a promise, I'll assure you that. I think if I'm not wrong they align towards the likes of Yukioto Neru-sensei, showing off slender, young girls in more skin than in a whole chicken (lmao) but comparatively less modest as they do go far and beyond to show more, ahem, alluring poses. *giggles* You will get what I mean in a bit, but their coarser(?) lines didn't affect me enjoying their artwork, and I must say the social posts after I have since followed them on social so much more promise than this book has to offer. For that, I'm glad to be a p*edophile. *dabs*

FBI NO NO WAIT THIS ISN'T THE BOOK TO ARREST ME YET- *laughs*

ๆœฌย  Hatena Shun "Hallucinate"

Oh this isn't a QR code to the socials, this is a feedback form!
I'll get back to this in a bit, let me look at 5 more books
(lol)

Edit: I'n back- Wait, the characters have names??
*laughs*

And I think that's not very important other than my comments:
"I missed your book on summer Comiket seeing your work, so this is revenge for last time! Great artwork!! I like all the characters! Pleased to meet your acquaintance from here on!!"
*thumbs up*
(Also, I chose the cover girl as best haha *shrugs*)

Okay, I don't think that really counts as warm-up, it might be too much compared to...

THIS ONE!!
*giggles*

Alright ladies and gentlemen, meet the ceiling to my room lol
(And what are those called? The corners of ceilings that was popular 2 decades ago?)

Simple enough of a theme
(And much pure, you'll see in a bit)

"ORIGINAL" I SURE HOPE SO!!!
*laughs*

Okay now that the obligation is over lol, let's talk about what I actually saw during the pre-order period in Melonbooks!! Introducing Mafuyu Shima's first ever illustration book and YOU KNOW that I LOVE to jump in on doujin artist's firsts, and this one I think deserves the crown for just being awesome all around... without having to show skin. This is because the theme is of moments that matter, "fleeting" moments that matter, from being in the season, to just beautiful girls in general, they have delivered more than what I expected from the previews, and then some. There isn't much material on social just because this is all new artwork so I'll see how many can I refer you to social media afterwards, but damn, this might be a masterpiece of all time, I am glad to be part of their first.

No really, why have AI art when you can have THIS?? *taps brain*

(And money lol I know, buckets of it- Or just make the right choice. *dabs*)

ๆœฌย  Mafuyu Shima "Fleeting Scene"

I like how her imaginary Kouhai-chan is chasing them to rush for deadline lol
(We still adding them in next time? Okay, whatever you say)

Hey ceiling, long time no see.
*laughs*

And the free gift postcard is in the book- KAWAII~!!!!
*blessed*
(Why is Kouhai-chan so adorable though, right?)

RICE BOWL RICE BOWL LET'S GOOOOOOO
(Haha if you get it, you will)

Next up!!!
(Oh yes I'd love to talk about this one please)

Alright, time to talk about- Are you ready for the PERFECT level of cute-ppai??!!! *laughs* Because DAMN did I take forever to give Akino Eruย Akino Ell-sensei's new illustration book of their titular, PERFECTLY MOLDED rack of a cat girl Moka-chan, and I don't think I need to explain more. I have known them from social for a while now so this is really returning the favour you're welcome, but seriously, I think I got more than *fap* what I wanted. *giggles* The story does go far into when she was picked up (which I assume does not include the REAL cat which is under the same roof by the way) and now is just... around... haha why wouldn't you keep this pussy- But yeah (haha), this is a wonder to behold. This isn't even like, dangerous level of content, but it's there is so much cuteness AND rack in this one character, you WISH they already made a mouse pad body pillow of them already. *dabs*

You're welcome for the suggestion Sensei because I can't stop and so shouldn't you~!!! *laughs*

ๆœฌย  Akino Ell "KEMOMIMI PARTY!"

Alright Moka-chan might be too much even for me, I forgot to take a photo of before-after of this so you can guess which one I picked next
(lol)

None of these are true, by the way.
*laughs*
(Okay the 2025 Dec is still accurate, just not when I am reviewing this now)

My finger is quite LITERALLY how much I can try to cover this up because I just can't
(LMAO)

I mean, pon-sensei's new illustration book isn't technically porn might we might as well say it is since (haha) they also have a Fantia account where you can see R18+ images, but this is not why we are here. *laughs* No really, this is the standard... fare haha they have provided, and we have seen them many times featured in the Melonbooks catalogue over the year, so this is just to fulfil my dreams. *laughs* Mostly also because this time around, it features many more girls- Excuse me, many more gyaru just in case one of them isn't enough for you, was what the author also implied. *giggles* I agree though, so what's to stop me when if their brush lines are on the thicker side? And I can't stop *fap* to look at the details while I try not to *fap* who am I even lying to right now. *laughs*

BOOBA TIME STARTS RIGHT NOW and DON'T YOU DARE LOOK AWAY!!!... Is also coincidentally the theme of the book so technically I'm not wrong. *dabs*

ๆœฌย  pon "Ki ni Naru Gyaru ga Misetsukete Kuru."

Scanning of these QR codes will lead you to NSFW sites, you have been warned. *giggles*
(Okay the one on the right is fine, just to their social media accounts)

Okay, this one is more accurate but will make no sense just because.
*laughs*

Alright people, back to reality...

...because we have a new trio of characters to talk about!!

Confusing artist name as much as confusing circle name and what is that alpha sign before the Comiket number?
(Haha so many questions)

I kinda hate that much of references around their name and circle which represents the "store" they publish their works on, but I think Yourgirl Yugirlย Yugaa-sensei's new illustration book deserves a spot here long time ago just because I missed them every single time over the past few years and I NEED to give them some chance, so here we are. *dabs* Their artwork aren't exactly up my valley I have to be real honest here the thicker lines and shading aren't exactly up to my tastes, but this did feature a family of three sisters in various situations, each with their own personalities, so I think it's good time to show them what's up. No no not me I'm not her daddy I'm just- Alright girls, only because I'm older than all of you. And even then the eldest sister will be your mom and I'm your dad. *laughs*

IT'S MY GIRL NOW B*TCH WHAT'CHA GONNA DO ABOUT IT NOW!!! *dabs*

ๆœฌย  Yugaa "Sanshimai Holiday"

And...!!
I LOVE A FREE GIFT THAT CAN HOUSE ITS CONTENTS!!!
*thumbs up*
(Woohoo we did it guys, ever since the "Douki-chan" series haha)

Oh hey, Sensei? Thanks for putting the numbering here.
You're a chad for abiding by MY rules.
*giggles*

And to end this part of the review...

...oh boy, this might be serious, and not in the horny way.
*giggles*

No seriously, let's wrap this up for now with... what I think is a serious reality check but in fiction and boy has the artist been doing this for years on end without fail, just like the dedication of the ballerinas in BANGSOM-sensei's new illustration book!! Yeah blah blah "bangsom chicks" whatever lol this is the last joke of this paragraph for now and I'm serious, this Korean illustrator (if it's not obvious enough) (also it's read as "bung-soom" if I'm not wrong) serves to prove the existence of the pain and dreams these young girls have to go through in order to make their dreams come true. So *sob* is hardly ever seen in all the genres and variety we've seen so far, and I have noticed them from time to time, so this is a good time to give them some credit considering the number is much less obvious on the cover compared to their 3 earlier released books. Still, this has beauty and allure and reality and everything in between, and I think I should let the Sensei show us what price it takes to achieve said dreams. *salutes*

ๆœฌย  BANGSOM "Ballerina 4"

Bare yet skeletal, a real reflection of-
No, she is not going to turn into a Colossal Titan.
(lol)

Hey fellow artist who actually use QR codes for social media accounts?
Based.
*thumbs up*

Oh what the heck, why did they screw up the date spelling.
*shrugs*

And the free gift postcard is... is so much... *cries*
(lol)

And there you have it! The (mostly) safe initial list of reviews!!
*giggles*

Oh just FYI I wanted to show the original package as I took it out to put in the gift box:
If anyone can figure out the numbers (not FedEx lol) and which country customs it had to pass through, be sure to drop me a DM lol

Birthday emails from fan clubs and a Pyxis livestream paid for second half later...
WHY DID I NOT JUST SUB TO RUMIRUMI'S STREAM INSTEAD~!!! (lol)

Oh hey Hatena Shun-sensei, what's up.
*giggles*

I think we can do you now.
*laughs*

Hmm, where are the other 3 new artist I want to talk about in the other package...

Maybe this one?
Nope.
*giggles*
(Fuumi Fuuro-sensei welcome back)

I think this is it, "the red is strong on this one".
*dabs*

Alright so that's 2 of 3, and we shall talk about them shortly...

...Nope.
*giggles*
(Hey iren-sensei what's up)

Ah okay, I think it's this one from the text haha

Damn Ashima-sensei, yours is a lot smaller compared to the competition-
*laughs*
(Hey, if it's a good book, it doesn't have to be big, I speak from experience)

Day 2: All the second time coming after missing the first opportunity in selection!!
AND I HAVE NO REGRETS!!
*dabs*

So first up...

Hey AIKO-sensei, thanks for the wait.
*giggles*

We are at the precipice once again but this time for people we have owed my whole life of doing these reviews so yeah about 3 years apparently lol but this might be later, this is AIKO-sensei's new illustration book!! *dabs* I did miss theirs last time in favour of many others and I think increasing the number next time will solve that I promise *wink* but still, they do offer great illustrations even though it's rather average and I would say more stereotypical in creativity compared to others who did the same, so maybe ditch the angel halo and demon wings and give me that smoking nun!! *laughs* We are all for something different here, and giving them a chance is a choice I will look forward to see them excel next time. I have high hopes, Sensei. *thumbs up* Or maybe next time I should get your previous book which looked better. *laughs*

No no no, this book is better- Do I need to talk about how they are also making a visual novel video game?? Can confirm the character designs are from them. *giggles* The demo's on Steam if you want to check it out. Remember to come back for illustrations though lol this might be a promotion for their game if you think about it-

ๆœฌย  AIKO "AFLOAT: AIKO PERSONAL COLLECTION"

1 down, 5 more to go (for today)!

I guess we can have some pai now...
*giggles*

If you can't read this (in Japanese) me neither so I'm glad there's the pronunciations.
(lol)

This one might be too long time coming I knew them long time ago and they are also popular but I didn't give them chance until right about now lol, this is Gyoza Nuko-sensei's new illustration book!! This is around the end of the year where I started the deliberations as to who to put in for the pre-order batch, and as much as I think Sensei here has their flaws the drawing proportions is kinda iffy sometimes, the overall image of their works is nothing to scoff at considering it's just all booba. *giggles* Theme wise it's also real cool as they excel in variety, drawing for games and light novels also so branching out in popularity this way, it's real cool. Maybe tone down on the thicker lines though, your girls are already plenty thicc. *laughs*

ๆœฌย  Gyoza Nuko "Moon Chronicle"

Oh yeah, be sure to check out their newly released light novel, which is technically the only place illustrators like them can shine. *thumbs up*
(SELLOUT haha)

Haha if you can believe it, the paid subscription service gets the QR code smh
(IF YOU WANT MORE BOOBA BE SURE TO SCAN- *laughs*)

And the free gift is cherry blossom-viewing tits!!
*laughs*

Okay I was so excited for this next one, I just skipped the selecting frame.
*giggles*

Preferably none.
*laughs*
(Haha ah hey)

I didn't make a choice back then, but I think I made the right choice right now, so let's officially welcome Kooyafu-sensei's new illustration book and specifically them into the family so that I can talk about how much I regretted not giving them the snake girls with tights book I gave up for... I already for who BUT I AM SORRY SENSEI PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!! *prays* I mean, I probably did the apology before back then, but yes, this is the compensation for that. And I think I have had my mind blown, because their brushwork has definitely improved from the last time I saw of them, and there is a lot of variety in this one just because lol read the title again please and thanks, but overall I have enjoyed their style, they have managed to control their thicker drawing lines a bit to make it suit the occasion which is mostly aquatic creature girls for some reason?

Oh, this one has booba don't worry, I'm just talking about everything else about them first before irrationality takes over. *laughs*

ๆœฌย  Kooyafu "Costume Preference"

Okay another based artist using QR codes, we movin' up in the world, boys
(lol)

And the free gift postcard is ADORABLE-
I will be your Santa, from now till forever.
*blessed*

Well, that was quite a joyride.
*giggles*

But we haven't reached the peak yet!!

Nothing.
Nothing gold can stay.
They can stay outside while I deal with wholesome 2D women.
*dabs*

Alright, ladies and gentlemen, we have reached the depths of my regrets those jellyfish girls previously aren't as deep as we are at now lol. But FORTUNATELY this is redemption similar to the previous ones, as with Ashima-sensei's new illustration book!! To be fair, this is compensation for their C106 book too but back then the pages requirement wasn't raised unlike now which they now need not be in the exception list, but heck, I think giving them has never been a mistake. Their fine drawings and beautiful scenery will take you away as with many of their works online you can witness it yourself I need not say more, because with your quality of artwork I wonder how I preferred you over the likes of Hatsuno-sensei and Motsunuki-sensei (I'm sorry!!), and I'm just glad I don't have to say sorry to you again this time around.

You will understand in a bit what I mean this might be the peak of the book reviews for this part, so be ready to be impressed!! *salutes*

ๆœฌย  Ashima "ROUTINE"

Link to feedback? Do you need it though?? *giggles*
(10/10, exceeded expectations, I'm your fan now *dabs*)
(I did feedback similar to Hatena Shun-sensei but I forgot to screenshot lmao)
(I promise I did it, I saw the reward wallpaper link *smiles*)

No really, all new smartphones have higher body ratio than this book.
*laughs*

I guess it's time for Espada!!
*giggles*

To be fair, they probably have watched "BLEACH" or at least knew of numbers to have such a concept but it's so fresh to me we can talk about it I guess lol, this is Watao-sensei's new illustration book in years!! As in real years, according to them they have been missing on originals for more than 5 years in C95 which is kinda cringe to be frank *giggles* also considering they also lost the digital data. *cringe* But I think they have redeemed themselves for showing us what great booba what great artwork they can provide (I would imagine this isn't easy to conceive from scratch) which is a lot of beautiful ladies AND considering they were doing a lot for Hololive VTuber Shirogane "Knight Cup" Noel throughout all these years. *smiles* No really, thanks for walking out of the box just to make this special I could not thank you enough and I cannot bring myself to buy more cow seeing what I have sinned so far (lol) so I really appreciate it. *laughs*

Now it's time to dunk on "BLEACH" haha the Espadas never looked this good- Hey, I know they are all female here and no one said they are officers, and I understand there's like, Harribel in there with the censored boobs in the Anime haha LAME because bro, this one isn't. *dabs* WHAT'CHA GONNA DO ABOUT IT NOW HUH KUBO-SENSEI (lmao)

ๆœฌย  Watao "NUMBER GIRLS."

Okay so in order of power that's 1, 8, 7, 2, 4, 3, 6, 5 and then 9.
*laughs*

And our final candidate to wrap up today is...!!
(Wow, no title text, huh)

Okay, this one was a rare find I gotta admit, and was the last one to drop in on the order batch lol yeah we are at the order batch 2 books ago *laughs* and I think I should explain why Sakisaki-p-sensei's new illustration book deserved a spot compared to many others in comparison. For starters, I only saw them on social, specifically the one post on Twitter/X which was not even a coloured drawing (it was for a contest?!!) and drew me in, so I decided to look at their profile (and Pixiv afterwards too) and Viola, a new book for C107. And the more I saw of them, the more I liked, so I decided to let them jump the queue even though I don't know how I could have filtered them out of the list I was monitoring for more than a month. *shrugs* Yeah, it's "One Thing Leads To Another" I would say, and BOY did I make a good choice on this. It's not like, the best thing out there, but they did deliver on the Anime-like drawings to the max maybe with some flaws here and there I wish they made it more complete(?), but hey, it's also mid January by then after my mood died down waiting for the pre-order batch, so I didn't think too much apart from introducing newer people in to the list seeing that she has not been doing an original series since... I don't have a date here so maybe forever, all I see is Touhou Project books. *giggles*

ๆœฌย  Sakisaki-p "Aka no Sekai"

Also using QR codes, based actually
(That printing company looks familiar...)

And this shall be it for now!!
(Hopefully I have more time to do this tomorrow, we have a larger batch if I recall...)

Another day going out and skipping imouto livestream later because there's halca-san... *laughs* (Dude, just say you were doing this post, it'll be better)

Oh hey Yugaa-sensei and your super useful clear folderย that can keep all my free gifts.
*giggles*

So! Let's see, what else is in this package, shall we?

Oops, wrong side.
*laughs*

Oops.
*giggles*
(Hey Fuumi-sensei it has been a while)

Wait, what the fuck??!!
*laughs*
(Oh, I ordered 3 copies LMAO no wonder it costed so much more)

I'll take this one then, I didn't know the rest are free gifts.
*dabs*
(On the other hand, the first 2 humans who DM me on social gets these free... only if you live in Singapore haha)

Final Day: Picking up the pace, and ending with a bang slew of regulars
(lol)

Oh boy, why shouldn't I start with them considering I just got 3 copies of their latest book...
*laughs*

Hey Sensei?? You are welcome and I am dumb I did not notice I did just purchase THREE (3) copies of iren-sensei's new illustration book!! *laughs* I guess the only consolation is that I didn't get free gifts with it but I wonder why I didn't double check on this to be honest, but since I've made the mistake I guess you're welcome!! ALTHOUGH I would argue that (lol) their new book isn't much of content considering they have overlapped same images through multiple pages and THEN called it a volume 1 just to gather clout even though it's on a darker theme, pretty much will NOT get me into them this way considering how well they did last time but with a more random art set. The drawings are still great though, which was why they were selected... after a few regulars had their stock run out. *giggles* Still, I don't think this would be much to go on about, but just this book alone? I'm just glad they didn't number it on the title.

I should've just bought one of the others so the quantity on the cart would reset. *laughs*

ๆœฌย  iren "UNDEAD"

Oh wow, no Japanese, huh. *giggles*
(Yeah, remember the profile picture which was from the previous book I reviewed?)

Hey now that I've bought 3 copies of your book??
You better get this series to volume 3.
*dabs*

Wow, that was a rather huge waste of money.
*laughs*
(In many ways than other)

Oh boy...
*giggles*

Hey cops what's up I didn't mean to buy riri-sensei's new illustration book and I have no defence on this just like the girls in this book didn't have any either. *laughs* So OFF comes their clothing and- Hey, at the very least it's a lot more decent than whatever I saw from their first ever illustration book from almost 2 years ago which is just, uh... You can go back and read about it yourself but (lmao) unlike the summer theme they previously did for the previous Comiket, this time around is more of like a school theme, and I feel like I have been late to the lore with their new cast of characters in which they newly added TWO (2) new characters in so screw me then, I should've dropped by sooner. Not in a white van, no, can we not? *laughs* There is some interesting lore here apart from the wet clothing and the underage kids- They are high schoolers, dude, you can't cancel me. *giggles*

ๆœฌย  riri "WHITE BLOOM"

Ah I see, this is inspired by a gal game which is basically a visual novel but cute. *smiles*
A lot of firsts too here with new characters, new designer for the cover (which is rad ngl) and I think the first doujinshi I listened to on a livestream, also cute. *blessed*
(Haha about that...)

SOMEBODY GIVE THE COVER DESIGNER A SHOUT OUT DUDE- Oh, I can. *laughs*
*looks it up*
Ah yes, Akichazuke-sama who is a fan of Hololive VTuber Himemori Luna

Damn, you thought you were done with little kids...

...but NO, our actual p-do file just entered the room.
*laughs*

Well dear cops you can come in now and sit by the corner please I'll show you how wrong you are to step into my premises, here's a (mostly) super pure Kantoku-sensei's new illustration book!! *dabs* Stop me now, will ya? *laughs* No really, I think I got my mind blown for just picking this book up only looking at the cover lol I'm sure I did not even consider the previews when they got in the line to be selected after all the other regulars' stock drained out, but as much as I would love to be drained out from c- FROM being excited about their drawings (haha) I was rather surprised that they delivered on what was supposed to be a maid-themed illustration book, and damn did they deliver without showing just STRAIGHT OFF CHILD PANTIES- I really should stop saying that. *laughs*

I will try to avoid showing much over here and if you are so keen you perv you can go on social media to watch if you are over 16 and aren't banned in some countries LMAO (f**king gottem)

ๆœฌย  Kantoku "SUGAR MAID"

This is a rather cool logo, though not representative of how long they've done this at all.
"Afterschool of the 5th Year" is their circle name, which also represents someone who should have graduated but-
*laughs*

Phew, that was quite an explanation.
*laughs*

Okay cops you can leave now, this next one is in a different league.
*giggles*

See? Just fantasy, no other else-
(Uh... I don't think that helps. *laughs*)

Moving on haha we can finally talk about our even MORE last minute candidates, starting with Fuuro-sensei's new illustration book!! Hell yeah, they are back on winter Comiket once again the last time we saw them was almost 2 years ago, who impressed me with their mature ladies in perfect blends of a poker suit as a theme, but we are not messing around here this time around. This time, we are more focused on delivering what the Sensei excels on drawing fantasy characters, and I'm all in for it as long as it's originals- Oh, they did do other works already haha but hey, that's the whole point, right? I'm all in to watch them grow in their skills and opportunities, and if they can still deliver despite how busy they are, they always deserve praise!!!... As long as I can find a space for them in my doujinshi fair. *giggles*

ACTUAL THIN BOOKS LET'S GO (hehe)

ๆœฌย  Fuuro "Dream"

"Hajimashite" or "Konnichiwa"??
Fuuro-sensei, that's the latter for me.
*dabs*
(The difference is between first and subsequent greetings FYI)

Cool, cool selection, I'm glad the others went out of stock.
*giggles*

Also why is my photo-taking so tilted-
Never mind that because next up we have...!!!

Put down ALL your things right now this is the highlight of the day and thanks for delivering, this is Fuumi-sensei's new illustration book!! Not to be confused with (lol) Fuuro-sensei which I just covered earlier, Fuumi-sensei should be a stranger to no one as they were from the first batch of artists I selected thanks to their absolutely adorable and finely-detailed drawings, ignoring the fact that they have been Hololive VTuber Tsunomaki Watame's character designer all this time. Yep, this is veteran territory already, and even if we did cover some of them earlier in the post, this one still continues to mix between work and play, releasing illustrations to please even if it's not always Watame-chan all the time, and I've done my research to know this book will deliver. And they did, more than I thought, to the extent that I would say it was worth every yen purchasing this among all the other regulars I could add to the list. Thanks, Sensei!! *thumbs up*

ๆœฌย  Fuumi "magic hour"

Okay Sensei, now that you mentioned about making a book of bunny girls here, if you don't make it I'll not buy any of your books.
*giggles*
(On the contrary, if you do I'll let you cut the queue *wink*)

See, this is what it means to hire a cover designer.
*laughs*
(No really, Mikofurai-sensei, it's not that hard to ask)

Damn, this is such a stacked masterpiece...

...I don't think this last one will be able to one-up them.
*giggles*

And last but not least though I would say this might be the least give I have for someone I desperately want to give them recognition, this is Doushima-sensei's new illustration book from Comitia last year!! Yeah, being the only book not released along with the others (at least around the same time), I still ended up giving this spin-off series despite knowing that I have to try to give books from the current event, so let me explain. They are normally involved with their own office lady series (which is numbered), and this special book about costumes (rather obvious from the cover) is a good time for them to take a break and try something else instead of going in circles on their regular characters, which is fresh to me even if their drawings aren't the best around here. It might be a text-heavy book of descriptions (it's not), it might just help me with my AI image generation prompts lol (it won't), but at the least I have given them something back: Recognition.

*thumbs up*

That is what indie is all about here. You're welcome. *smiles*

ๆœฌย  Doushima "COSTUMEs"

Yeah, you ABSOLUTELY missed maid outfits which every other illustrator is doing. *laughs*
(MIGHT AS WELL SLAP IN COW GIRLS-)
(Also yes, bottom is end November which was the previous Comitia event date)

And we're done!!
I already miss my week long break.
*laughs*

Okay let me assemble the-
NOPE NOT YOU TWO
*laughs*

Now everyone gather in for the C107 family photo!!
(NO COPS GO AWAY lol)

Thrust me when I say- Excuse me, Trust me when I say (haha) that I have not came ever since my birthday just so I can finish this on time. Reading porn pon-sensei takes a lot of time, you know. *dabs*

Okay, where to go from here. I did consider doing a BOOTH run once again but seeing that I just finished on this one, I'll see whenever the new Comitia is happening right now this weekend as of writing (by the way), or maybe until April or May then I can get my feet wet. Really depends on what I can get to get like, 3-6 books overall so it's worth shipping, so we shall see about that. Maybe I just do one for White Day which if so to pad the March package... then I may have an idea, Hiyoko Mameta-sensei. *wink*

Upon that though, I think it's fair to (not compare to others who buy dozens of books but) increase the book count to 18 books by doing TWO batches of budget around 100k, or 9 books so total 18 as what I have done on this run, but for summer Comiket from 15 including catalogue, and then winter Comiket will drop to one batch of 9. In the future though, I may even consider using the budget and then limiting the books by buying full sets of goods to support certain artists more probably regulars, but that will take up more space in my room though, so I'm still thinking on that. I don't think I need the catalogue anymore to know more people considering my connections and the social media re-posts, so yeah, maybe I should get to reviewing Tam-U-sensei at some point. *giggles*

Finally, this is apology conference time, and I shall list all (and I mean ALL) the artists I've rejected, missed after the order date because I still did spend some time after the event to look at new prospective illustrations, including the regulars who I have mentioned earlier:
(*Regulars will be selected based on variety of new originals, which does not include numbered original sequels, mainstream adaptations, and licensed artwork)

Rejected (Preference)
If you have seen what I've seen on Akipeko'sย new illustration book and how realistic they are, you will want to bang a high schooler. *silence* I don't so I don't think I'll consider at all since they also sold out real quick. *dabs* (This is already better than the age range of their earlier works which was younger-)
Initially in the pre-order batch, I gave up on Mashiro K-ta'sย new illustration book mainly because it did not feature the original character girl (of which name I know nothing about), also the price of the book isn't cheap for what I needed an introduction to their works, so this lost to the competition eventually
I like what I'm seeing on Mauve'sย new illustration book even though they are dangerously close to the likes of Kantoku-sensei, and initially thinking this would be good to give as a rare original outside of their usual Uma Musume works, but also lost to the competition on finalization of the pre-order batch
The cover of their Shiohari Kanna's new illustration book drew me in, but sadly not representative of what I see in the previews and later on social media, so this did not make the cut
I do not fancy Yosei Aoru's new illustration book and even though I've given chance a couple of times, they always fall through due to their thicker line drawings and rather obscene themes, and with better choices out there I hardly gave them a look.
Youzuki's new illustration book has an interesting theme of angel in a normal village but uh, look any further in the previews and it'll get me cancelled, but maybe someday we will cross paths again, yes?
Negimapurin's new illustration book has so many lines it might be bad for my eyes, but their wild themes and focus on details do make them rather compelling against the line-up, so maybe we'll try again someday.
nocras' new illustration book does feature a cute fox maid which drew me in, and if not for the petite size of the character I would've looked back another time and even give their accompanying soundtrack a listen.
TwinBox's new illustration book still cannot get me with their overly layered lines though touch on detail is real cool (which is also a pitfall for many), and even though it featured cute girls that would bring some of the pure one here to shame, I've never actually given them the thumbs up.
Mikoto's new illustration book is definitely a consideration even if they are a latecomer to the pre-order batch and even thinking of putting them in the order batch, but I guess their lines might be too simple for me to be impressed on first sight, and I don't really need a busty mom-like elf to serve me just yet so next time, mommy, next time.
I did fancy Atsumaru's new illustration book which its cover was very colourful and I honestly didn't think of colour coordination this time around for the batches (and why would you) because there's like, no green in this batch also partially influenced by not giving Mashiro K-ta somehow.
Koiko Irori's new illustration book and in general their illustrations are rather adorable as they caught my attention, but as I see more of them I don't think they are up to my tastes yet so meh.
I really want to give Sakura Hiyori's new illustration book despite their thicker drawing lines because their love themes are fantastic, but they slapped the number on the cover and title so nah.
Ohisashiburi's new illustration book is beautiful with a large cast of characters, but it looks like they are doing in collaboration with someone else, and their page number just went over my new limit, so maybe next time when they downsize a bit and do their own originals.
I thought Komaki Maria's new illustration book was real cool with its colourful style and distinct drawings, and even though this might be their first original book apart from drawing for a light novel series, I'm sorry if they lost to the competition I will be watching if I can give you next time.
I really don't know how to give Suimya's new illustrtation book despite an adorable cover so maybe bring up the age range on those characters so I don't get cancelled, please? I'm pretty sure I saw you previous Comiket too and you did the same thing. *giggles*
Minase Nagi's new illustration book should be a good time to add them in considering I have known of them for a while outside of previous Comikets they have some adorable images to please, but heck, next time or whenever you remove the number from the title. *laughs*
Hey Mashiroka's new illustration book this is not what I had in mind when I imagine zombie girl lol but then again if this is a lighter(?) version of kids at play like Kantoku-sensei then maybe I should get around to your artwork sometime.
I feel like I can give Kafka's new illustration book seeing their book number is very small on the cover (lol) but at this time I'm finding excuses to bend my rules, so yeah, whenever you are ready to remove them or do a spin-off I'll be totally in to give this wholesome artwork.
Oh yeah Fatke's new illustration book and their series of girls with guns is very unlike other Anime which have this theme since it's more revealing than usual haha but hey, I do think their clear line drawings and Anime-like characters are really cool so whenever the numbering gets dropped, Sensei. *giggles*
Riigue's new illustration book is really asking for me to jack off to their characters, huh. *silence* Next time, next time. *laughs*
Narume's new illustration book is one of those rare jewels that does original characters via pixel art, but until I'm keen on those or lost interest in the others to give this, I could use higher resolution pixels on my indie artwork, thanks. *giggles*
Hey Ichigoya Yuki's new illustration book maybe release the book earlier to be selected for the pre-order batch so I can release on these girls- *laughs* (Also the proportions on the characters specifically the face is kinda meh so might need more improvements on that)
I'm not sure what to think of the lore and theme of Nana's new illustration book which involved "an incident" involving their original character which would be intresting for talking about variety in this review but also great for getting me arrested so maybe not. *laughs*
Kazune Haka's new illustration book does look like it came out of the "Fate" series with the cool characters and detailed drawings, so maybe I consider them for the next batch if they are still sticking to this theme by then as seen from the past works.
Tsukikage Kinhou's new illustration book has interesting characters and setting to please any RPG fan, but their thinner brushing might not look as animated to me and also the fantasy theme is not that interesting to talk about, so this might be lower on the priority list, to be frank.
If nidv's new illustration book would to remove the numbering then maybe I can give- THOSE ARE HUGE~!!! AND THEY HAVE A FIGURINE?!! *laughs*
Ushirome's new illustration book was considered for the BOOTH run instead of the usual batches as I confirm how many could be there, but then I noticed that it's hard to not follow their release schedules (and shipping times) in order to even get them, so it might be hard to encounter them again if I don't try to add them in next time. Their icon girl with an inner colour hair is leaving an impression in me though not as much as what I saw of their Skeb request of a magician girl.
Klee-on's new illustration book does have a distinctive style of the line of slender girls although sometimes with rack (lol) and was also slated to be bought through the BOOTH run, but news for that has never been fulfilled, so maybe I will actually use a future BOOTH run to talk about their Comitia 153 book instead.
Nekojishi's new illustration book is NOT in Melonbooks but actually in BOOTH and also considered for the future run I actually like how pure their illustrations are, but I never did just like how I didn't with their Comitia 152 book, so someday, yes?
Rejected (Regulars)
Chigusa Minoriย did announce a spin-off book featuring their "Shino to Ren" lesbian couple (lol) which would be a great idea to bring them back for a while considering I'm not going to touch their regular series with those... antics anymore, but this isn't any better this might be too pure for them I would argue, so no thanks.
Akamoku-sensei I am SO SORRY if I have to talk about how I went from considering BOTH of your books especially more keen on the book featuring the one girl it feels like I'm dating a cute chick hehe, but uh, you lost to the last-minute decisions I had to make, and I think it would be illegal to give two books from an artist in one review, so I decided not to just because.
Damin Nero's new illustration book has a decent theme but considering they didn't show any more in the previews, I'm not giving a damn seeing that we have SO MUCH MORE to give in this anniversary review.
Alright Mikofurai-sensei I think you heard my feedback by making the volume number disappear from the cover of your new book *giggles* so technically speaking I should have done the review this time instead of last time where I bent my own rules.
Miwano Ragu's new illustration book was initially considered for the order batch as their artwork is of much higher quality compared to even the regulars I would argue (also snake girl hehe that was *chef's kiss*) but then it ran out of stock before I could piece the order together so welp.
Yomu-sensei was still busy with their own novel/manga series "SaraNami" releasing an art book for the occasion which actually would be great to talk about the girls... of which all I remember was one of them having s*x with the main boy so uh... Maybe I should read up first before I think of anything close to giving them again.
Kagachisaku-sensei you NEED to heed my advice and remove the tacky numbering from your book covers so I can actually give the chick on the cover, dude!! *dabs* I'l be waiting. *wink*
KUREHA-sensei's new illustration book introduced a younger sister into the equation which is just the opposite of the elder sister which is stacked and horny (lmao) and I can only take one of them so I'll wait patiently till the day we get the book totally about the imouto. *laughs*
Amamine's new illustration book did not tickle my fancy despite struggling between the new series they have created and the cover girl looks kinda weird so uh, maybe not.
gomzi-sensei (I did not spell this wrong here but I have before this, so I promise I will fix this for ALL posts I referenced of them I AM SO SORRY SENSEI) you have no idea how much I want to bang this vampire of a chick I would let her suck me off- But yeah their new illustration book sold out which isn't a surprise, I just wasn't fast enough. *giggles*
Yeah yeah MiREA's new illustration book title is called "Sweet Shot" lol sweet shot of my stuff up their- *laughs* (Yes, buying their previous book was a mistake the cover girl isn't this stacked-)
Hey Parfait's new illustration book which wrote "not for sale" on the cover. Not for sale, huh. Then see you next time then. *giggles*
Hiten-sensei as usual coming up tops with their own artwork, but yeah I have to give others chance, I can't keep buying your books and simp on you- I promote variety here so let me think of a way to get you in again next time. *wink* (Underwater girl in the previews was a very good desktop wallpaper ngl)
I feel like I could take a longer break with Hamunezuko's new illustration book since it was so much before as it is now, and I feel like I can do this with a BOOTH fun in the future so uh, we'll see by then.
Haruhiruri-sensei you need to stop jerkin' my gerkin' with your boobs books haha but that's how you know they are good, I guess. *fap*
Hey Mashiro Ruka's illustration book with the girl on the cover, if carrying your booba is too heavy then maybe reduce the size a bit...? *laughs*
Nagishiro Mito's new illustration book is so F**KING COOL I can't even- Maybe we just do a regulars run next time. *laughs*
Sano Hiyori also fascinated me with a beautiful cover literally titled "fetish" I cannot refuse lol it has been a while that they got me to be fair, but yeah, competition is fierce and you dabble with WAY too many VTuber art so I'm going to have to give it a pass.
Rejected (Missed)
keepout's new illustration book is actually worth *speechless* taking another book if not giving it but it went out of stock as I consider for the order batch, so welp, maybe next time I'll put them in the pre-order batch.
Shirokuma Jake's new illustration book also went out of stock real quick in pre-orders but also as I decide to then add them in in the future BOOTH run, but sadly those are also out of stock featuring an embarrassed maid, and the manga released on the same event was cool too, so maybe I'll take them into consideration if they ever come back in stock next time.
Miyashiro's new illustration book will unlikely clear customs due to the age of the girls in the artwork inside (lmao) also they sold out real quick as I prepared for the pre-order batch (though they did restock afterwards) so it was fun giving them in the previous BOOTH run... which isn't present this time around, sadly.ย
Rejected (Rule Violated)
Hey Shin no Ten-P-sensei's new illustration book all you need to do is to remove the numbering and then we can talk about your unique coloured inner hair girl.
Komupi's new illustration book was great and all with the booba until they had to slap the number on the cover. Welp. (Yeah roman numbering too- No. *laughs*)
Yukimaru Nen's new illustration book will hopefully not feature a numbering scheme someday and I will patiently wait to someday talk about the photography club senpai and how Isobe Karin has voiced the ASMR version of this. *giggles* Someday, sensei.
104-sensei's new illustration book did not feature a number despite their name being a literal one (lol no this doesn't count) but their artwork feels rather immature as of now so I'm not sure what to think of it besides giving them chance in the future if I see them again.
Araragi Ayumi's new illustration book is technically stuck in their manga series turned Anime (so congrats) but if they are such they are already in mainstream territory also they just number their books anyways so I don't have much good reason to give them at all at this rate. *laughs* I would just watch the Anime when it comes out though, interesting love story I would be keen in. *giggles*
SG's new illustration book is as impressive as ever but it's numbered which someday I wish it will disappear, and I gotta give pon-sensei first you guys are birds of a flock but I'll not let your booba fly together just because lol. *fap*
Yozuki Mofu's new illustration bookย has the number slapped RIGHT on the cover and title so I'm not going to even try justifying their artwork even if they are okay in quality and age group. *giggles*
Kobayashi Chisato's new illustration book needs to learn from Mikofurai-sensei by removing the numbering but also how did you achieve pixel art level wtihout actually doing so? *laughs* (I wonder if it just looks lower quality, but I don't think I need to find out)
Unasaka-sensei I have seen your name so many times I wish you could remove the numbering on the book as you have done with your book in the previous Comiket so I can actually give you a chance, I'm serious. Yes, even if it's a book with nothing but sketches, promise.
Mochinuki Shiina's new illustration book can hardly be called an illustration book it's compilation of artwork, and just because Miwano Ragu-sensei did this once doesn't mean you can give me a 132-page book and tell me to like you. *laughs* Also, remove that numbering please, will ya? *giggles*

I should maybe use Twitter/X links instead, Melonbooks listings can be brought down and not to say all these require VPN to access now that they are region-locked. *shrugs* (Note to self: Consider creating a special site to showcase these and bypass the limitation; You do have the base already in your GitHub page)

All in all, this has been a long wait, but it might be my new birthday present I give myself every year, replacing a Japanese voice actress(?) photobook instead since who gives a damn about girls in real life. *dabs* Hopefully I can revive this series soon enough, and if not, look forward to September when I see when I can find like, 3 days off aligning with public holidays to do this for consecutive afternoons and write ALL of this up!! *thumbs up*

P.S. Since I will likely not be talking about Melonbooks' infamous event catalogueย (the one with event code and wristband)ย introducing artists and their (sometimes) special illustrations just for the book itself, here is the list of artists involved, and how many of them I know of, as highlighted:

Wow, that's... quite a lot lesser than before. *giggles* This is weird, I thought I knew of more. *laughs* Anyways, that's all I gotta do today's fanfic before I miss the timing. See you guys in the next one in half a year. *thumbs up*
