Okay today is going to be a busy day and I have no time to choke on my post-nasal drip (lol) so let's ignore that and deal with the fact that Inorin's summer song is still stuck in my brain since last night for some reason. *laughs*
But no this week's story does NOT feature Inorin or whoever was featured in the package yesterday hehe those were done already to be fair *wink* see this month's fanfics, because we have someone else to talk about!! Hey, they may have their birthday 2 weeks ago but that doesn't mean I should start with them. Now that I think about it though... Why didn't I again? *giggles*
I don't think I have travelled overseas this season just yet, so let's make this a case for itself then!!
Ogura Yui and I joined Ishihara Kaori in Vietnam over the long weekend for her birthday. I told them to stop by a bubble tea shop in one of the shophouses for cold drinks in the hot summer weather.We walked up to the ordering machines and I asked them what they want, as a treat from me. Their eyes lit up but quickly turned into confusion with choice paralysis, so I ordered Kaori-san and my drinks first, and we stepped outside by the collection point. Her order came in fast and she took a sip with the straw, showing a satisfied smile. She then turned to look at me."This is actually tasty. Want to try it?"I went for the straw only to recall such a scene from my childhood, and looking at the open cup, I paused and took a sip from there. She pressed me to also suck in the bobba with the straw, only for us to notice Yui-san walking out with a frown, and stood away from us.Yui-san did not talk to us afterwards apart from a sarcastic "thanks", parting ways at the airport that night.
"Yeah, thanks for letting me witness this level of intimacy" lol J-J-J-JEALOUSY!!! *laughs*
Man, can I imagine that quote. From Kyari-san, not Yui-chan, she won't tell me anything apart from the one thing from last week's story which wasn't there before. *giggles* And this isn't the only thing I was conflicted about lol and I meant the quote. *laughs* I can imagine Kyari-san saying the 2nd half of the quote mainly due to referencing Mocho's music video from last year which was *blessed* hehe but the first part... I thought "umai" might be better-sounding compared to "oishii" coming from her but what do I know, I've been watching MaiMai's livestream this week and going "umai-mai" all the time so *laughs*
Okay, the dynamic here. I know it's a miracle for Yui-chan here to be joining us on an overseas trip and it would be even more cringe if she didn't because honestly I won't just because, but it didn't help much considering I literally just tried to indirect kiss Kyari-san *ugh* (haha) right in front of her. *laughs* Hey me, it was going so well without the intimacy, so why ruin it at the end? That's what she said. *giggles* But yes, the YuiKaori rival is strong here in my fictional world shout out to their 16th anniversary for some reason lol they did appear in the recent Anisama hosted last month so I guess we can have another bikini photobook down the line. *silence* No? *laughs* Unrelated, we are not creating a Pyxis rivalry just because I don't want to add Mikuu to my fictional world just yet. *laughs*
Other plans include to link this to last week's story which will mean Kyari-san telling Yui-chan (I'm sorry I can't just call them by the first name we aren't lovers-) to change out of her very formal clothes just fetching me from her apartment's lobby... only to realize that Japan does not have Southeast Asian-like shophouses. Not even museum replicas. *laughs* So yeah, that didn't work and thus the weekend escapade specifically Vietnam because this was from her solo photobook which I reviewed. *dabs* I did also tone down the intimacy in this a bit but then realized we might need to give fictional Kyari-san a little more so we can link it back to whatever kissing promise thing I have established I forgot from my childhood- Do you even remember that? *giggles* It's fine, I'll remind us on that next time. *wink*
